I WILL By Patty Stevenson

My heart knows no distance
Travels miles every day
To an ancient land
So far, far away.

I will travel those miles
So that we can meet
A child of wonder,
A child, so sweet

If I have to go halfway around the
world to meet you I will, I will
I will gladly go halfway around the
world to meet you I will, I will.

The changes before us
The love we will share
Don’t know if you’re born
Yet I already care.

I dream of the day
When we’ll bring you home
As part of our family
A child of our own.

If I have to go halfway around the
world to meet you I will, I will
I will gladly go halfway around the
world to meet you I will, I will.

I wonder what you will look like
And who you will be
What you will think of these
New worlds you’ll see

I will honor your homeland
Make sure that you’re free
To follow your heart
Chase all, all of your dreams

If I have to go halfway around the
world to meet you I will, I will
I will gladly go halfway around the
world to meet you I will, I will.

I know the first time we heard this song my husband and I both sobbed! It speaks volumes! We can't wait to go get our little girl and hold her in our arms for the first time and forever.
